RESERVING AND BUYING PLOTS

Booking:

You can make a reservation through TONTTIPÖRSSI or with the plot reservation application below.

The reservation application must include the names of all prospective buyers. A reservation fee of 200 euros is charged for reserving the plot, which is taken into account in the purchase price of the plot. The reservation application should be returned to Technical Services, Kolmen airon katu 3, 39500 Ikaalinen or by email to office.technicalservices@ikaalinen.fi. The reservation application is accepted when the reservation fee has been paid. The plot reservation is valid for 6 months from the date of acceptance of the reservation application.

Plot price:

The plots are priced in the plot sales brochures. Families with children are given a 10% discount on plots for each child under 18 years of age who is in the same household as the buyer.

When transferring plots, a plot subdivision fee is added to the purchase price.

In addition, certain subscription fees, etc. will be payable.

Purchase:

The city will contact you to make the transaction when the decision to approve the plot reservation is legally binding.

The buyer must apply for a title deed from the National Land Survey of Finland within 6 months of the date of the transaction. After the title deed is issued, the plot is eligible for mortgage and pledge.

Terms of sale:       

The key condition of the plot purchase is a commitment to build a residential building with at least one apartment and a floor area of ​​60 m² on the plot within the next three years. The model deed of sale is available in technical services, where you can also find other more detailed instructions. A building permit for the plot can be applied for immediately after the ownership and possession rights have been transferred to the buyer.
