VIABLE BUILDING – LEADER PROJECT

VILLAGE HALL, PAVILION, BEACH, PIER, ETC.

• Painting the roof of the village hall (done in 2016)
• Beach renovation (done in 2016)
• Boat/ship dock (built 2016)
• Pavilion (made in 2017)
• Window renovation and painting (done in 2018)
• Disabled ramp to the entrance (made in 2018)
• Landscaping of outdoor areas (done in 2018)

BEACH / BOAT PIER

• A new pier will be built on the site of the old pier.
• Depth at the end of the pier approximately 1,5 m, further along 1 m
• Spaces for eight motorboats on the sides of the pier
• The boat launch is being renovated.
• The beach is being dredged for about 100 meters.
• The current changing rooms will be renovated.
• A terrace will be built in front of the changing rooms.
• If necessary, a new swimming pier will be built.
• A fabric is installed under the beach sand
• Fine sand starting from the terrace
• Sausage place

Construction schedule:
Let's start at the beginning of April 2016.
Completion rate 2016 85%, to be completed in spring 2017

PAVILION

• To be built between the village hall and the sauna building
• The building replaces temporary structures
