Hakumäki block 4 local plan change

The goal of the planning work is to slightly expand block 4 of the current local plan into the park area in the eastern part of the planning area and at the same time enable additional construction related to the current service housing in block 4.

For practical reasons (elderly and senior citizens), the service housing operations in the block do not allow for additional construction by increasing the number of floors.

The planning area is bordered by Marskinkatu in the south, Ristonkatu in the west, a park area in the north, and a block of terraced houses in the east.

On February 13, 2023, the Ikaalinen City Council approved the amendment to the Hakumäki block 4 local plan (Section 3).
