Spa 10, block 9 phased station plan

The planning area is located in the Kylpylä district (10) and concerns
part of block 9. The planning area is located approximately 7 kilometers from Ikaalinen
west of the city center. The planning area is bordered to the east by Huvilantie
and in other respects to a planned local recreation area.

The aim of the phased city plan is to update the existing city plan.
to show the actual land use.

The construction of permanent housing is permitted in the area with an exception permit, although the planning regulation of the amended local plan has only permitted construction for buildings serving tourism. The goal will be implemented in a phased local plan by changing the permitted use of the local plan. In other respects, local plan 93, which was approved on 19 December 2005, will remain in force in the area.

The phase diagram is intended to be prepared in such a way that it can be processed
with minor effects (MRL Section 52).

On 24 August 2020, the Ikaalinen City Board approved the phased site plan for block 9 of the Kylpylä district (10) (Section 95). The entry into force will be announced separately.
