Kyrösjärvi shoreline master plan, part 3, Luhalahti, Iso-Röyhiö
The planning area is located in the eastern part of Kyrösjärvi in the city of Ikaalinen. On its western edge, the planning area borders the Kyrösjärvi Phase 1 coastal area master plan, and on its southern edge, the border of the city of Ylöjärvi. In the north, the main border is Luhalahdentie. In addition to the coastal areas, the plan examines the Luhalahti and Iso-Röyhiö village areas that are closely connected to the shore. The area of the plan area is approximately 3000 hectares in total, of which approximately 1700 hectares are water areas.
Proposal for the Luhalahti, Iso-Röyhiö waterfront sub-plan
On February 19, 2024, the Ikaalinen City Council approved the Luhalahti, Iso-Röyhiö waterfront master plan (§3).
Legal Force
The Luhalahti, Iso-Röyhiö coastal sub-plan (KValt 19.2.2024, §3) was declared effective on 10.4.2024.

The third open meeting for residents was held at Luhalahti School on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. The theme of the event was wastewater management in sparsely populated areas. At the same time, the progress of the planning process was reported and the topic was discussed. Thanks to all participants!

The residents' meeting for the draft phase of the Kyrösjärvi Phase 3 (Luhalahti, Iso-Röyhiö) waterfront master plan was held at Luhalahti School on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. The turnout was great, thanks to all the participants.
The presentation of the proposed plan was held on April 6, 2022. Approximately 33 interested parties attended the event and the discussion was lively.
