Myllyn Leipä town plan

The planning area is located southwest of the settlement next to the Sammi bridge, bordered by Highway 3 (vt 413) to the south and Kyrösjärvi to the north (Karhoinen village (7) estate R:no 2:110). The area houses the Myllyn leipä café and the former bakery building. There is a residential building next to the bakery building. A XNUMX kV power line runs through the area. The area is owned by a private company.

The current construction will be replaced by residential construction.

The Ikaalinen City Council has approved the Myllyn Leipä local plan on 3.12.2018 December 43 (§ 21.2.2019). The announcement of entry into force was published on XNUMX February XNUMX.
