Old Market Hall, block 4 Agency area, change in town plan

The planning area is located in the Vanhakauppala district in block 4, along Valtakatu, in the area between Kauppakatu and Kyrösselänkatu, mainly comprising a RN 4:8 plot.

The goal is to change the purpose of the plots to better enable the reuse of former office buildings, and to divide the plots in the block so that separate plots can be formed for the current buildings.
