Amendment and expansion of the Patrakka-Luomu area plan

PATRAKKA – CHANGE AND EXPANSION OF THE ORGANIC AREA SITE PLAN

The planned underpass for Highway 3 will enable Patrakka and Luomu to be combined into a single workplace area in the future. The aim of the local plan is to expand the industrial area reservations to match the land ownership of the City of Ikaalinen in the area in question.

OAS will be on view from October 29, 2025 to November 28, 2025. on the city's website between now and then. The OAS is also available for reading at the Ikaalinen City Library (Poppelikatu 10) and the technical office (Kolmen Airon katu 3).

City residents and other stakeholders have the opportunity to express their opinion on the OAS during the exhibition period electronically at kanslia.teknisetpalvelut@ikaalinen.fi or by post at the following address: City of Ikaalinen, City Hall, Kolmen airon katu 3, 39500 IKAALINEN.
