Soil extraction permits
The extraction of soil for purposes other than domestic use always requires a permit in accordance with the Soil Act. A permit application for the extraction of soil is made in writing. The information to be submitted in the permit application and the content and structure of the extraction plan are regulated in detail in the Government Decree on the Extraction of Soil (926/2005).
