The Property and Surveying Department maintains the city's base, land register, address, guide maps, and other maps related to the city's operations.

Performs terrain measurements and construction site markings related to building permits, and provides addresses.

After zoning, prepares the plot divisions of the blocks, makes property deliveries and maintains the property register for plots and public areas in the local plan areas.
