Nummenranta substation site plan

The site plan area is located in Nummi, Läykkälänlahti city district, approximately XNUMX kilometres south from the Ikaalinen city centre. The site plan area conserns the unplanned properties of XNUMX–XNUMX–XNUMX–XNUMX LAHTINEN and XNUMX–XNUMX–XNUMX–XNUMX RANTAMAA.

The planning area is bordered by Karhoistentie in the south, in the east are city blocks of commercial and office buildings, and city blocks of small detached houses in the north. To the west of the planning area, there is Läykkälänlahti waterfront.

Site plan surface area is approximately 4 hectares.

The properties in the planning area are privately owned.

The city plan objectives have been clarified during the planning proposal phase and the pending Läykkälänlahti town plan extension (property XNUMX-XNUMX-XNUMX-XNUMX RANTAMAA) has been combined with the available area.

The clarified goal of the site plan is to mark the entire zone as an energy production area, and enable the construction of a solar energy plant and battery storage facility. The previously featured reservation of building rights for the gas discharge station is removed.
