Amendment to the local plan concerning the park area of Rahkola district (3), block 5 and part of block 4
The planning area is located in the Rahkola (3) district and concerns the park area, block 5 and part of block 4. The block is bordered by Ikaalisten sisääntulotie-entrance road in the east, Vanha Tampereentie in the north and Rinnemutkankatu and Koulunpolku in the east. The study area includes the Valkean ruusun school, the current sports hall, part of the old school, a terraced house, the Valkean ruusun daycare center, the Ikaalinen workshop, and a sand ball field and the Ässä field.
The plan amendment will allocate a block area for the new sports hall and update the surrounding town plan.
The Ikaalinen City Council approved the local plan on December 3, 2018 (§ 44).
