Extension of the Teikangas town plan

The purpose of the local plan is to expand the Teikangas industrial area, thereby securing and improving the area's supply of business plots for future needs.

The area is located to the west of Teikankaantie and is bordered to the south by the western part of Teikangas local plan. The preliminary area of ​​the planning area is 10 hectares. The area is mainly owned by the city.

Ikaalinen City Council approved the urban plan extension for the western part of Teikangas on November 30, 2020 (Section 49).

Announcement of entry into force published on 21 January 2021.
