Läykkälänlahti, blocks 29 and 32, Nummenranta town plan change
The aim of the change in the local plan is to create a commercial building plot that corresponds to the current land ownership and to enable future construction and development of the plot.
The planning area is located in the Läykkälänlahti (8) district in blocks 29 and 32, comprising plot RN 29:1 along Kortteenkatu and plots RN 32:1-4 along Karhoistentie, as well as parts of properties 9:134, 24:2 and 3:30.
The proposal material was on display from March 19 to April 22, 2025.
