Change to the Mansoniemi waterfront plan

A change to the waterfront plan will be prepared for the following properties in the city of Ikaalinen: Part of the Riihiranta property, RN:o 3:20, property code 143-415-3-20 and the Mansonranta property, RN:o 3:26, property code 143-415-3-26. The Riihiranta property consists of two parts. One part is along Raivalantie and the other part is at the end of Raiskiontie. The area at the end of Raiskiontie borders Kyrösjärvi.

The aim is to change the waterfront zoning plan so that the area of ​​the plot in block 12 is converted into an agricultural and forestry area, and a corresponding new holiday building plot is placed on the opposite bank, near Raiskiontie, in the area between blocks 5 and 6. The plot-specific building rights will remain the same.
