Teikangas, block 15 Fortum area plan, change and expansion

The planning area is located in the Teikangas (13) district, including properties 143-435-3-22 (Factory I) and 143-416-2-40 (Factory II) along Teikankaantie and the street area (Teikankaantie) according to the current local plan.

The goal is to spatially plan the planning area in accordance with the intended use of the partial master plan for the central area and at the same time increase the number of building rights to match the neighboring areas that are already planned.

On November 25, 2024, the Ikaalinen City Council approved the amendment and expansion of the Teikangas, block 15 Fortum area plan (§ 98).
