The objectives of the local plan have been clarified in the plan proposal phase and the plan area according to the expansion of the Läykkälänlahti town plan has been combined with the Nummenranta transformer converter site plan.
The planning area is located in the urban area, north of Karhoistentie, bordering blocks 28 and 29 in the east. To the north is a narrow local recreation area and the Läykkälänlahti residential area. To the west is a converter station area. The Pauninoja River flows through the area into Läykkälänlahti.
The local plan expands the area intended for business and housing.
The area is undeveloped and privately owned.
The proposed urban plan was on display between December 13, 2018 and January 14, 2019.
