The intention is to change the local plan in blocks 5 and 6 of the Sarkkilanjärvi district (9). The preliminary zoning includes parts of blocks 5 and 6 and the adjacent part of Kaivontekijänkatu. The preliminary area of the planning area is approximately 2 hectares. The area is owned by the city.
The intention is to change the local plan so that it enables a large, unified block area. The goal is to combine parts of blocks 5 and 6 and at the same time review the amount of building rights.
