Local plan of the Health Center (Lähiasema) area
The planning area is located in the center of Ikaalinen, at the corner of Oikotie and Vanha Tampereentie in the Kurinranta (2) district. The area is a block area of buildings serving social services and healthcare, and to a lesser extent, a block area of gas station buildings.
The starting point for the planning is the future development of the health/social services center area.
The purpose of the zoning plan amendment is to enable potential additional construction in the area.
The planning area is owned by the City of Ikaalinen.
