Kauraranta waterfront plan

The planning area is located in Ikaalinen, on the shores of Lake Kyrösjärvi, approximately 28 kilometers north of the center of Ikaalinen. The straight-line distance is approximately 8,5 kilometers. The goal of the planning work is to plan the number of building sites for the area as possible based on the land use review.

The area to be zoned includes property 143-423-7-80, which is located on three plots. The planning area borders regional road 276.

The proposed waterfront master plan for Kauraranta was on display from October 14 to November 12, 2021, in accordance with Section 27 of the MRA.
