Street plans for the Teiharju area

The streets are located in the Teikangas industrial area expansion area (blocks 12-14 of Teikangas district 13).

Municipal technical plans for the Teiharju industrial area have been prepared by YMSuunnittelu Oy.

The new streets in the area between Kaarnatie, Varputie, Tuohitie and Teijärventie (plv 0-230,2) will be built as seven-meter-wide (0,25+7,00+0,25m) streets. In addition, Teijärventie (plv 0-52,1) will be built as a 5,50-meter-wide (0,25+5,50+0,25m) street. The plan will manage stormwater drainage partly with a stormwater network and partly with open ditches. The plan also shows the area's water management plans and traffic sign plan.
