Agendas, minutes and decisions

The reviewed minutes of the City Council, City Board, committees and, if necessary, other institutions, together with the appeal instructions, will be kept available for viewing on the city's website after review, unless otherwise provided for by the provisions on confidentiality. In addition, the minutes of decisions of office holders will be kept available on the city's website, if the relevant authority deems it necessary.

The municipal member is deemed to have been informed of the decision seven days after the minutes are available on the city's website.
