A person may vote in advance at home if their ability to move and function is limited to such an extent that they cannot reach an advance voting location in their home country or a polling station on election day without unreasonable difficulties.

In this case, an election officer appointed by the municipal central election board will arrive at the appointed time and take the vote.

The voting of a caregiver must be reported to the municipal central election board at the same time as the registration for home voting is made.

In home voting, in addition to the voter, a person who has reached the age of 18 chosen or approved by the voter must be present. This person cannot be a candidate in the elections.
