National digital support network

Ikaalinen City Library is part of the national digital support network. We provide advice in particular on using the library's digital services, but you can also ask us for help with other digital problems. The staff guides customers through digital problems within the scope of their own expertise.

4H digital mentors

Do you need help with your mobile phone, tablet, computer or television? Would you like to learn how to use Facebook or electronic banking services? Would you be interested in making a laboratory appointment using your computer or tablet? Are you having problems with the TV channels?

A digital mentor can help! Digital mentors are young people who have been trained specifically to help the elderly. The service is part of the Ikaalinen 4H association. The partners are the Ikaalinen parish and the city.

The 4H digital mentor can also come to the library for a meeting. Currently, 4H digital help is available at the library by appointment. Book your appointment by calling 0400-778979, Mon-Fri between 10:00 and 16:00.
