Remote service saves you time and reduces travel by bringing expert help close to you.

With remote service you can connect with experts

When you need more in-depth expertise, you can contact Kela experts remotely. A service advisor will open a remote connection to an expert and you can have confidential discussions with the authority face-to-face, via video link. Remote services are available either at certain times with a queue or by making a separate appointment.
